BARRETT FOR MAYOR OF FRANKLIN PARK

Dear Neighbors and Friends,

I would like to take this opportunity to greet each of you. Being a lifetime resident I have witnessed many of the things that have affected and shaped this community. It is because of this concern for our community's future that I have decided to run for Mayor of Franklin Park.

I have practiced law in this community for nearly 20 years and have enjoyed and made it a personal goal in taking a very active role in the village. I have served as past vice president of the Chamber of Commerce, Village Trustee (l989-1993), Library Board Trustee (1987-1993) and a past member of the Franklin Park Cable Television Commission (1985-1989). I have always been proud of the fact that my mother was one of the leaders of the movement that created our park district. Franklin Park is the place my wife Jessica and I have chosen to raise our two sons. It goes without saying that I have a very deep and heartfelt love for our village and its residents.

I ask you now, not only for your support, but seek your input as well. I am truly interested in hearing of your current concerns and ideas for our village and its future. Please feel free to E-mail, write, call, or attend one of our organizational meetings. Our meetings are the third Tuesday of each month 7:00 P.M at 9701 W Grand Avenue, Franklin Park, IL.

Each of you has something very important to contribute. Please join us, and together we can make a brighter future for Franklin Park!

Respectfully yours,

Barrett F. Pedersen
